Design & Sales Consultant (Showroom-based) - Chelsea Showroom

Neatsmith are looking for talented individuals to join our expanding team.
The role will include:

- Client consultations (both trade and retail) in our showroom

- Guiding clients through the design process from start to finish

- Design work and briefing a designer who will support you in producing shop drawings

- Producing quotes

- Site visits/surveys

- Appropriate follow up with clients by phone and email

- Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients

- Keeping showroom displays looking beautiful

- Working a 5-day week including Saturday work

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 3 years' KBB sales experience (kitchens, bedrooms or bathrooms)

- A passion for interiors that you can share with your clients

- A good track record for selling and ability to negotiate with clients

- Comfortable owning your own pipeline and managing multiple leads at the same time

- Excellent organisational skills

- Good time-management skills

- Confidence in communicating both with the team and with clients
