Sales Person / Art Consultant - Trowbridge

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join the team at TROWBRIDGE. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, growing and managing a portfolio of clients, and professionally representing the brand at all times.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets and KPIs, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and acting as the main point of contact to ensure excellent service and first-contact resolution. You will identify, qualify, and onboard new leads, use approved sales techniques to maximise engagement, and maintain accurate records through the company CRM system. Attendance at domestic and international trade shows is required, along with sharing industry knowledge and client feedback internally.

The role also involves supporting the daily operations of the gallery, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, managing stock accuracy, arranging deliveries and payments, and ensuring health and safety compliance. You will work collaboratively with the team, share professional knowledge, and provide cover during staff absences when needed.

This is a dynamic position combining sales, client relationship management, and hands-on gallery operations.

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 0930-1730hrs - 30 min unpaid break; You will not be required to work the 1st Saturday of each month. In lieu of this, one weekday during the same week will be worked, as agreed in advance with management. Any additional weekend working will be subject to business requirements and prior agreement

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
